Who runs GNG
GNG is made by Magnus Golf Coaching LLC, a company in Wyoming, United States. In these terms, "GNG" or "the Service" means the GNG app. "Coach" is the coach who invited you. "Video" means swing recordings of you. "Content" means the drills, plans and notes in the app.
What you get
Your Coach sends you practice to do. You open it, do it, and record what happened — your score, how long it took, and any notes. You can see every attempt you have ever logged, your progress over time, and any Video and swing analysis your Coach records for you. This is free while GNG is being tested.
Your Coach can see your practice
This is the point of the app. Your Coach can see what you completed, what you skipped, your scores, your times, your notes and your Video. If you would not want your Coach to read it, do not type it in.
Nobody else can see it
Other players cannot see your data. Other coaches cannot see it. Nothing is public. GNG does not sell your data and does not send you marketing email. GNG staff can look at your data only when it is needed to fix a problem or keep the Service safe.
Your recordings are yours
If you record a Video of your own swing, you own it. You let GNG store it and show it to you and your Coach. If your Coach records a Video of you and adds an analysis with their voice, they own that recording — but it is about you, and you can always ask for it to be deleted.
Your account
Use your real name and email, keep your password to yourself, and do not let anyone else use your account. Your invite link is only for you and stops working after 14 days.
If you are under 16
A parent or guardian has to say yes before your coach can add you. They read the parental consent notice first. They can change their mind at any time. If they do, your account is closed and your data is deleted, and you will not be able to sign in any more.
Fair use
Do not try to get into anyone else's account or data, do not try to get around the app's security, and do not upload anything unlawful, abusive, or Video of someone who has not agreed to it.
Leaving and deleting your data
You can stop using GNG whenever you want. To have your data deleted, tell your Coach, or email privacy@gng.golf and we will do it. There is no delete button in the app yet — email is the real way to ask.
The honest part
GNG is still being tested. Things can change or break, and we cannot promise the app is always available. Keep your own record of anything you really need to keep. We are not responsible for coaching decisions — those are between you and your Coach.
